Kure Superfoods has become a hit in Oregon, mainly due to the healthy-food focused scene that is present in the state.
Their product line, despite being broad, is focused with offerings ranging from smoothies, acai bowls, protein shakes, lunch and breakfast items and even a kid's menu. Pricing is a little more on the premium side with the smoothies averaging somewhere between $8.50 and $9.00. Their bowls range from $9.49 to $12.99, and their lunch items go up to around $14,99. While many customers believe that the quality is worth it, the most consistent feedback was about the portion size not meeting the price expectations. One way to adjust this is by collaborating with nearby fitness centers and providing deals for gym goers and students which are the bulk of Oregon's healthy fitness market.

Despite having over 18,000 followers and over 1,000 posts, their posting schedule in the last 2-3 years has been heavily inconsistent which has led to a severe drop in their interactions which can hinder their growth for new customers.

Beyond their social media, Kure's locations also poise the company for strong potential for growth. They have locations scattered across Oregon with stores in urban hub centrals such as Cedar Hills, Portland and Beaverton as well as Lake Oswego. Due to their locations they're able to heavily benefit from high foot traffic. Most locations are also within walking distance of fitness centers and strip mall areas for easy accessibility for the company's target market.
